Returns and Refunds
We have 30 days return policy. That means If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to Start a Return
If you need to return a product, you can contact us at support@poshpiecos.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label (you need to download it) and instructions on how to return the package by mail. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There is no Restocking Fee.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Note: Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
We do not issue refunds if:
- The item didn’t arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address)
- The item didn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account
- Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank – there may be processing delays on their end
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@poshpiecos.com.
Exchange
We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund. If exchange products are available, customer must return the original item to us first. Once we received it, we will send you the exchange product. In this case, customer has to pay for return shipping cost.
Damage/Defective
Before shipping out, we check every product very carefully but sometime this thing happened by carrier. If you receive damage or defective products, try to reject or contact us within 5 days of the damage of defective items. We immediately take action. We will pay for return shipping cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom Duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
