At Poshiecos, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@poshpiecos.comΒ with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide the appropriate return address along with detailed return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return can be safely received and processed.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange.
All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-person returns or drop-off returns.
There is no restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Shipping costs paid at checkout areΒ non-refundable.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items returned in used, worn, damaged, or incomplete condition
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Exchange
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Please contact us before returning the product
- The original item must be returned first
If the replacement item is in stock, the exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Please check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank for further information
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@poshpiecos.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@poshpiecos.com.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your countryβs regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any eligible refund may be issued after the item is received and inspected, excluding shipping costs.
