Processing Time

We require 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) to process your order before it is shipped. During this time, we prepare your items, perform strict quality checks, and carefully package your order.

Courier Service

We ship orders using reliable international and local courier partners including FedEx, DHL, or equivalent logistics providers.

Shipping Cost

We offer flat rate shipping of €9.90 per order.

This shipping fee applies to all eligible orders regardless of order value.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Track Your Order

All orders come with tracking. Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • You can also find tracking details in your account dashboard.
  • Please note: Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak seasons or due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays). We appreciate your patience during such times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping and re-delivery costs.
